Hi. I'm Claire

I've worked as a GHR supervisor for many years now, building on a background of offering student support throughout my career and working as a therapist for over 15 years. GHR requirements for supervisors are that you are registered with the GHR and have at least two years' experience. Other professional bodies may have different requirements. Taking this course provides you with absolutely everything you need to meet the growing demand from qualified GHR practitioners for regular individual and group supervision.

Learn Different Models

You might think that all supervisors are the same. In fact, there are different supervision models in the same way that there are different therapy models. Make an informed choice about your preferred way of working, including developing a pluralistic practice.

Resources & Compliance

Making sure you're GDPR compliant and that your supervisee is meeting their GHR obligations is essential. It's also important to have the correct forms and resources to ensure your supervisee feels supported and guided in the right direction.

Supportive Environment

In just the same way that the therapeutic relationship is unique, so is the relationship between supervisor and supervisee. It's important to be aware of boundaries, expectations and what happens when a situation needs to be escalated.
